1.1 项目名称：印尼泗水驻勤酒店服务保障项目。

ProjectName:AircrewAccommodationserviceprocurementinthecityof【Surabaya】.

1.2 项目编号：CZ2024008036。

ProjectNumber:CZ2024008036.

1.3 项目类别：服务类。

TypeofProject:Service.

1.4 资金来源：企业自筹资金。

Sourceoffunds:Ownraised.

1.5 采购数量：本次采购【1】家合作酒店，通过符合性审查供应商数量达不到计划采购数量的情况，按实际通过的个数推荐。

Quantity:Only【one】 candidatewillbeselectedforthisproject.Ifthenumberofcandidatesfailstoreachtheplannedselectquantitythroughthecompliancereview,itshallberecommendedaccordingtotheactualnumber.

1.6 服务内容：本项目为南航异地驻勤机组所需酒店住宿用房采购，入围酒店需遵守南航机组保障安全、服务管理规定，为南航机组提供住宿、餐食、车辆、洗衣等保障服务；关注南航航班计划，根据航班计划做好房间预留以及接送机服务。

1.7 报价要求：本项目具体限价标准如下：

注：1、以上均为含税价，并包含其他额外费用如服务费。在合同期内，因国家税务政策变化导致税率发生变化时，按新的增值税率执行，在书面通知采购人后，供应商可以对所收税款进行相应修改。此时，协议价=协议签订时的不含税价*(1+新税率)。

Theceilingpricesmentionedabovewereincludingtaxesandallotherextrachargessuchasservicescharge.Incasethetaxesratiohavebeenadjustedbythelocalgovernment,thesewillbeamendedbytheHotelaccordinglyafterwrittennotificationtoAirline.Thenewcontractratewillbecalculatebaseontheoriginalcontractrateplusnewtaxesratio.

2、本项目采用框架（无固定总金额）采购模式。谈判人必须对全部内容进行报价，如有缺漏或超过最高限价（单价）的报价，将导致报价无效。本次采购金额和数量为预估数据，采购人有权按实际需要调整，并按实际数量进行结算。合同期内的采购数量可能会有所增减，固定单价不再进行相应调整。

   Thisprojectadoptstheframework(nofixed/guaranteedamount)procurementmode.Thesuppliermustquoteforallcontents.Ifthereisanyomissionorquotationexceedingtheceilingprice(unitprice),thequotationwillbeinvalid. Theamountandquantityofthispurchaseareestimateddata,andthepurchaserhastherighttoadjustthemaccordingtotheactualneedsandsettlethemaccordingtotheactualquantity.Thepurchasequantitymayincreaseordecreaseduringthecontractperiod,andthefixedunitpricewillnotbeadjustedaccordingly.

3、报价规则：供应商客房（标准单人间/双人间）报价不得高于最高限价，且不得高于同款房型Booking等网络平台价格
